Despite the snow in January, we were fortunate to receive 45 new chairs which were the result of a successful grant application. The Liz and Terry Bramall Foundation awarded us the grant and we are most grateful. We are pleased to share this photo of the new chairs set up for a talk and we think they look really smart. Alpha Furniture were a great company to deal with and suggested a website where we could advertise the sale of our old chairs. A chap got in touch from a village hall in Waddingham, Lincolnshire where they are setting up a community space. Steve arrived, battled his way through the snow into the car park and together we loaded his van up with our old chairs. We are delighted that they will be used in such a positive way.
