Following the success of the Commemorative Coffee Morning for Philip Livesey in July, where donations totalling £1,400 went to Macmillan, we decided to press ahead with the annual Big Coffee Morning in September and this was a resounding success also. It was lovely to welcome some new faces to the warmth of the Heritage Centre and serve coffee and delicious cake for this very worthy charity. We raised a magnificent £550 and we are extremely proud of our efforts this year. Thank you to everyone who attended, helped out and joined in.
