Going up market with Simon & Becky

Simon and Becky Fishwick are the proud proprietors of S&B’s greengrocer and deli in Otley, and the supplier to our Tea Room.  They came to talk to us about their progression from market stall to inside store and their huge effort in creating a busy, friendly shopping experience.  It was wonderful to listen to them, hear about their ups and downs and how the business of fruit and veg actually works.  And they kindly left us three beautiful boxes of fresh produce which we sold to guests at £10 each, the proceeds donated to the Heritage Centre.
