Bill and Lyn Cadmore visited the Heritage Centre last week and talked to us about how honey is made. Bill was the previous chair of the Yorkshire Beekeepers Association. His wife Lyn discussed the use of honey in the kitchen and we were able to taste and savour some of the many varieties.
