Patrick Eyres is a well-published writer and retired lecturer at Bradford School of Art.  He will lead us in an exploration of Turner’s works that were conceived in Yorkshire, when Turner was staying with his friend Walter Ramsden Fawkes at Farnley Hall.  Victorian art critic John Ruskin regarded these works as some of Turner’s finest.  Come along and judge for yourself.  Light refreshments served. Cost £10 member, £12 non-member.
